3. STOP AUTOMATION guardrails

  • Stop if training/retention settings are unknown.
  • Stop if customer consent, regulated data, legal, health, financial, HR, or children’s data is involved.

4. Customer-safe AI review prompt

You are helping a small business review whether an AI tool should be allowed to use business or customer data. Use only the verified facts below. Do not invent vendor promises, opt-out status, legal compliance, customer consent, privacy-policy terms, retention settings, deletion rights, or security certifications.
