  • Stop if customer-facing wording has not been reviewed by a responsible owner.

4. Customer-safe AI review prompt

You are helping a small business triage a customer data deletion/correction request. Use only the verified facts below. Do not invent legal rights, deletion completion, compliance status, vendor capabilities, backup behavior, customer consent, privacy-policy promises, or legal advice. Return: 1) missing evidence, 2) systems/vendors to check, 3) safe customer reply wording, 4) owner-review questions, 5) records that may require retention review, and 6) STOP AUTOMATION triggers.
