After the draft, include a Human Review Checklist with facts, tone, risk, and next step.

Prompt quality scorecard
Score each prompt before making it a team habit
After testing on old examples, score each prompt from 1 to 5. Keep prompts that average 4+ and fix anything with a 2 or lower.
- Fact control: The draft used only provided facts and flagged missing details.
- Tone match: The output sounded like your business, not generic software copy.
- Editing effort: A human could approve it after light edits.
- Risk control: It avoided risky claims, policy promises, fake urgency, and sensitive data leaks.
- Repeatability: Another team member could reuse it with the variables filled in.
Privacy rule
Do not paste payment details, passwords, full customer records, medical/legal/financial details, or employee-sensitive information into general AI tools unless your policy and vendor terms clearly allow it.
Safer default: use summaries, remove identifiers, and ask the AI to flag missing facts instead of inventing them.
