Start with a repeatable draft that a human already reviews: FAQ answers, estimate follow-ups, SOP drafts, review responses, or weekly summaries. Avoid legal, hiring, medical, financial, and final pricing decisions until you have a mature review process.
Tell it to use only the facts you provide and to create a “Needs human confirmation” list for missing prices, dates, policies, or availability. Make that list part of the output every time.
Measure one simple outcome: minutes saved, faster reply time, fewer missed steps, cleaner SOPs, or fewer drafts needing major edits. If you cannot measure it weekly, the workflow is probably too vague.
